Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once you buy and download a title, the sale is complete.
If your file does not download or you receive the wrong one, email Angeladianeink@gmail.com. We will correct the issue and send the right file.
Please double-check your order before checkout to be sure you’ve chosen the right title. You are responsible for maintaining compatible software and devices to access your files.
Duplicate charges caused by technical errors on our site or payment processor will be reviewed and, if confirmed, refunded.
